Foricart Return & Refund Policy

At Foricart, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Below are the terms for our return and refund policy.

Refund & Return Period:

Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items that have been installed or damaged after opening.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@foricart.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for return.
  • Attach images/videos of the product (if applicable).

Note: If the item has a manufacturer defect, include images or videos showing the defect and serial number.

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your items. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. After verification, you may return the item for a full refund, including return shipping costs (excluding expedited shipping).

  • Non-defective Returns: If you wish to return the product for reasons other than a defect, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping cost. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.

Important Notes:

  • If returned products are damaged or used, we will not be able to process a refund.
  • We recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method when returning items.
  • If the returned item is not in its original packaging, a replenishment fee may apply.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Special orders or customized products.
  • Products labeled "Final Sale."

Steps for Returning an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Reply to your order confirmation email with the items you wish to return, the reason for the return, and your preference for a refund or replacement. Our customer service team will provide the return address.

  2. Packaging: Ensure all components of the returned item are sealed in their original packaging, including all materials.

  3. Shipping: Before shipping, take pictures of the packaging and items. Ship the product back to us using the carrier of your choice (return shipping is at your expense unless it's a manufacturer defect). Once shipped, send the tracking number and receipt to info@foricart.com.

After we receive the item and inspect it, we will process the refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.

Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it according to our return policy.

Refund Process:

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. This can take up to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund posts).
  3. Contact your bank (there may be processing time before the refund appears).
  4. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@foricart.com.
